Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services, discuss your requirements and try the available enquiry tools. By using it, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the interactive features.
Proposals and service agreements
Website descriptions are general information, not a binding offer. Submitting an enquiry or requesting an AI call does not create a service contract, reserve staff or confirm an appointment. The scope, pricing, service hours, responsibilities and delivery dates are agreed in a separate written proposal or service agreement. That agreement governs the services you purchase.
Enquiries and information you provide
Please provide accurate details and only information you are authorised to share. Do not upload customer databases, confidential records, payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through general website forms or AI calls. If we need that information for a project, we will agree a suitable way to receive it.
If requesting a call for someone else, you must have their permission to receive the call and for their details to be used for that purpose. Do not use the tools for unsolicited calls, harassment, impersonation or repeated unwanted contact.
AI call demonstrations
The live AI call lets you explore a conversation and the information captured afterwards. The call is recorded and transcribed as explained before submission and in our Privacy Policy. Automated responses and summaries can contain errors. Check important information with our team.
Demonstrated appointments, system actions or integrations do not create real bookings or change your business systems. A production implementation requires an agreed scope, approved information, access permissions and testing. The demonstration is not professional, legal, financial or clinical advice.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, bypass usage limits or security controls, introduce harmful code, access other people’s records or use automated tools to overload the service. We may restrict access where needed to prevent misuse, protect information or maintain availability.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content is owned by us or used under licence. You may view, download and print it for evaluating our services within your organisation. You must not sell, republish or otherwise commercially reuse our content without permission. Third-party names, logos and images remain the property of their owners. A reference to a platform does not imply certification or endorsement.
