Privacy and data handling
Last updated: 6 November 2026
EVOLVED CONTACT PTY LTD (ABN 71 685 470 339) operates ContactCentres.com.au as a specialist brand of Evolved Contact. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, enquiries, guided enquiry tools, AI calls and related follow-up. Client campaign data may also be governed by a separate service agreement and collection notice.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business, job role, email address, telephone number, service interests, requirements and correspondence. An AI call may also produce an audio recording, transcript, conversation summary and details of the next step you discuss.
Website and security systems may collect technical information, including IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, timestamps, referring pages and security events. Cookies or similar technologies may store preferences and help us understand site use.
Please do not enter sensitive personal information, customer records, payment details or identity documents in general forms or AI calls. If you provide another person’s details, you must be authorised to do so and make them aware of the purpose and this policy.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, arrange requested calls, understand requirements and manage our relationship with you. We also use it to operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, review call quality and improve our services.
We may contact you about the services you asked about. Any broader direct marketing will be handled in accordance with applicable law. You can ask us to stop marketing communications using an unsubscribe option or by contacting us. Operational messages about a request may still be necessary.
AI calls and enquiry tools
When you request an AI call, the name, business, phone number and instructions you provide are used to personalise and place it. Calls are recorded and transcribed, with a notice before you request the call. We use the resulting notes and recordings to review the conversation and respond to your enquiry.
Telnyx and OpenAI support the AI voice service. Our enquiry workflows use a private enquiry record, n8n, Google Sheets, the Evolved Contact proposals tool and internal notifications to make the information available to the team handling your request. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent automated abuse. Authorised staff with access to the tracker or recording link can review it. Automated transcripts and summaries may be inaccurate; contact us to correct a record.
The guided enquiry tool records the information you submit for our team to respond. Providing details is voluntary, but we may be unable to arrange a call or respond without suitable contact information.
Cookies, Google Analytics and tracking
For visitors identified as being in Australia or New Zealand, we use Google Analytics to measure website usage and accepted enquiries unless you opt out. Other visitors, including those whose location cannot be determined, are asked before analytics starts. Select Privacy choices in the website footer to allow or decline analytics at any time. We do not send your form answers or contact details to Google Analytics, and advertising and remarketing features are disabled. Declining analytics does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry or requesting an AI call. Analytics can collect cookie identifiers, device and browser information, referring pages and interactions such as page views or button clicks. We use these reports to understand what visitors find useful and improve the website.
We do not need the contents of your enquiry, call recordings, telephone number or email address for website analytics. These details should not be included in analytics events or page URLs. If we introduce advertising or remarketing tags, we will provide the relevant notices and consent choices where required.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Where we display cookie preferences, you can use them to manage optional technologies. Blocking essential storage can affect some features. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites for more information.
Who receives information
Information may be accessed by authorised employees and contractors, or shared with providers supporting hosting, security, email, telephony, AI processing, enquiry management and analytics. We use it within the Evolved Contact business to handle your request. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, or to protect rights and safety.
Some providers operate internationally, so information may be processed or stored outside Australia, including in the United States. Locations depend on the service and configuration. Contact us if you need details of the providers and locations relevant to your enquiry or proposed service.
Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, loss and unauthorised access or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Access to enquiry records and recordings is intended for people who need it to handle the request or manage the service.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to handle enquiries, manage business relationships and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. We then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it when no longer required. Retention periods may differ for correspondence, recordings, technical logs and client work.
Access, correction and your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, or ask us to stop marketing or consider deleting information. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons; we will explain any relevant restriction.
Privacy questions and complaints
Contact us at [email protected] or +61 3 8820 4067, with enough detail for us to understand your concern. We will acknowledge it and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days, or explain if more time is needed. If unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, where applicable.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services and systems change. The current version and its update date are published on this page.
